Paul O'Donnell

Founder

For 25 years Paul has led software development teams to deliver amazing products and digital platforms, in a variety of challenging contexts.

He started Point One with a mission to improve diversity and inclusion outcomes in the tech industry. He wants to disrupt the status-quo in recruitment by putting this mission ahead of profit.

As a member of the LGBTQ+ community, Paul understands what it feels like to experience discrimination and hate. He also has an acute and humbling awareness of the privileges afforded to white men in our industry.

With Point One, Paul is leveraging his privilege and expertise in tech to set a new standard in tech recruitment. He looks forward to being held accountable to the Advisory Board to stay true to our mission: to improve diversity and inclusion outcomes in tech!

Parul Singh

Parul is the founder of Parallel Minds Neurodiversity consultancy, helping demystify neuroinclusion for progressive organisations who want to hire, support and develop neurodivergent talent. With a background in recruitment, ERG leadership and community-building, Parul brings a powerful mix of insights, lived experience, and a deep commitment to equity.

Parul is helping Point One establish a working culture grounded in justice, community, and long-term impact.

Natalie & Naomi Evans

As founders of Everyday Racism, Natalie and Naomi have built a powerful platform and community centred around anti-racism education. Their content elevates and advocates for all minoritised communities, and has empowered hundreds of thousands of people to better understand systemic racism, and other forms of embedded discrimination.

Their expertise and lived experiences are helping Point One grow with informed and inclusive policies and enabling us to push boundaries in terms of the impact Point One can have.

Amy is a respected and influential voice in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, the Head of DEI for a global technology consultancy, speaker and thought leader. Amy's work consistently centres on people, removing barriers and driving positive change towards a more equitable future for everyone.

With experience spanning from recruitment through to DEI leadership, Amy is uniquely placed to help Point One realise its mission.

Mat is a digital technology and tech leadership recruiter with 25 years experience working exclusively in this sector. Mat brings extensive knowledge of building, coaching, managing and mentoring teams from start-ups to global brands.
